DESCRIPTION:
ANQA POXY TC-300SF is a solvent-free, 2K epoxy flooring top coat system, for technical flooring and high mechanical features required flooring.

APPLICATION METHOD:
Surfaces must be solid and cleaned of any loose particles, grease, and oil.
Use ANQA POXY TC-300SF repairing material to ensure proper floor preparation and readiness for coating.
Ensure the compressive strength of the concrete floor before applying the product (at least 25 N/mm²)
Ensure the concrete relative humidity is less than 80%. Relative humidity can be measured using a hygrometer. Concrete relative humidity should be less than 80% (after 28 days old concrete)

Primer Application: A primer must be applied over porous and concrete surfaces; POXY PR-400SF is recommended.
Mixing: Mix POXY TC-300SF (2 parts: resin + hardener) according to the ratio specified on the packaging.
Application: Use a mechanical mixer to ensure uniform consistency and proper color distribution.

Coating: Coat using the appropriate tools, such as a brush, knife, notched trowel, spike roller, and spike shoes.
Ensure the required quantity is mixed, and avoid using the mixed material (resin + hardener) after 1 hour (pot life).

COVERAGE:
2.3 sq.m/kg @400 micron coat

HEALTH & SAFTEY:
Skin & Eye contact: Avoid prolonged contact with eyes and skin. For detailed information, refer to the relevant material safety data sheet.

Cleaning: use ANQA-POXY SOLV. remover solvent or any suitable solvent f to clean tools.

SHELF LIFE:
12 months for unopened containers; use older stock first.

WARNINGS:
- Do not overcoat on other flooring systems. Refer to our technical department for further instructions and recommendations before proceeding.
- ANQA POXY TC-300SF is not color stable if used on exposed areas and direct sunlight can affect the color stability.
