ANQA Fiber 120g/4mm — a fiberglass-reinforced bituminous membrane that withstands the Saudi summer heat and winter cold without cracking or shrinking.
Izonil Skim Coat: a final finishing layer that is 100% waterproof yet lets trapped moisture escape instead of locking it inside the wall. In white or any colour you request.
ANQA Flex (A+B) — a two-component cementitious waterproofing designed for water tanks and swimming pools, flexible enough to move with the concrete without cracking.
ANQA Poxy TC-300SF — a glossy epoxy system that resists chemicals and heavy abrasion. For factories, warehouses and facilities that do not accept half measures.
ANQA Fix — a polymer-modified cementitious adhesive for the hardest substrates: porcelain, granite and marble. Classified C2TE to the European standard EN 12004.

ANQA Factory, based in Saudi Arabia, specialises in producing and supplying plastic raw materials to waterproofing manufacturers across the Kingdom and the GCC.
We then expanded into our own brand of bituminous membranes, emulsions and primers — alongside a complete range of environmentally friendly construction chemicals.

From foundations to the final finish — products designed to work together, instead of mixing materials from different sources that do not.
Moisture trapped inside walls is behind most long-term building damage. The Izonil system blocks incoming water while letting the wall release its own moisture.
We grew from supplying raw materials into a complete Saudi brand, present in the Kingdom, the UAE and Kenya.
Holders of the “Saudi Made Gold” rating — the highest tier of the Made in Saudi programme — alongside international quality accreditations.
24 detailed technical guides covering step-by-step field installation for every production line, the international standards and what they mean in the Saudi climate, execution dimensions, acceptance tests and quantity take-off. Free, no registration.
A full method statement: substrate acceptance, overlaps, the bitumen bead, dimensioned details, fire safety and inspection hold-points.
A measured roof temperature of 91.5 °C and an annual swing of nearly 90 °C. These are the numbers every waterproofing specification in the Kingdom must be built on.
A table that starts from the problem as the customer describes it, not from a product name — for each case the first choice, the alternative and the governing technical condition.
