DESCRIPTION:
Anqa Crete FF10 is a ready-mix cement mortar made from quick-drying white cement, modified with polymers and additives that improve the quality of the product and make it suitable for repairing and restoring concrete surfaces with gaps and minor indentations in buildings or cement products, providing a smooth surface for various applications (paint, wallpaper, ready-made plasters) or a smooth surface. Custom finishes. Available in white and light grey colors.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :
MIXING: Crete FF10 should be mixed with clean water by adding 8–9 liters of water to 25 kg of product, either mechanically or manually. Let the mixture rest for 3 minutes, then re-mix to ensure homogeneity.

INSTALLATION / APPLICATION:
It is recommended to clean the surface well from dust, debris, grease, and oils. It is recommended to moisten the surface with water before application, and the appropriate temperatures for application must be taken into account (5 – 40 degrees Celsius).
Apply the product after mixing with a knife or suitable tool. The first layer should be applied with a thickness of at least 1 mm, while subsequent layers (two to three) should not exceed 3 mm in thickness. It is recommended to mix the appropriate amount to cover the area to ensure the mixture is not left unused for more than 20 minutes.
Sand the surface before complete drying if a very smooth surface is required.

COVERAGE & CONSUMPTION:
Approximately 1.3 kg per square meter at a thickness of 1 mm.

STORAGE:
12 months for closed packages under suitable storage conditions. Use containers with the oldest production date first (FIFO)

Warnings:
- Adding more cement or other materials affects the quality of the product
- Water quantities may vary based on temperature, mixing method, and batch size.
- The product packaging should be stored in a dry environment.
- Avoid using the product in extreme weather conditions. The appropriate temperature is from 5 to 40 degrees Celsius
