DESCRIPTION:
ANQA FIX C1TE is a cement-based adhesive mortar for small- and medium-sized tile and ceramic applications, offering a long working time.

USAGE:
• For indoor and outdoor applications

• Ideal for bonding small-sized floor and wall ceramics, mosaics, and similar materials with a water absorption rate above 3%
• Commonly used in tile and ceramic installations in bathrooms and other wet areas

APPLICATION METHOD:

a) Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is solid, dry, stable, dust-free, and clean. Remove all contaminants such as oil, grease, rust, and paraffin that may impair adhesion. Loose particles must be eliminated. Damaged surfaces with a depth of 5–20 mm should be repaired using Anqa-Crete Repair Mortars at least two days prior to application. If the substrate temperature exceeds +25°C, lightly moisten the surface before applying.

b) Product Preparation:
Measure and pour the required amount of clean water into a clean mixing vessel. Gradually add ANQA FIX C1TE while mixing with a 400–600 rpm mixer for 3–5 minutes until a uniform, lump-free mixture is achieved. Let the mixture rest for 3–5 minutes, then remix for 30 seconds before use.

c) Application:
Apply a 1 mm layer of Anqa-Fix C1TE to the surface using the flat side of the trowel. Then use the toothed side to comb the mortar in one direction, covering only the area that can be tiled within 20 minutes (open time). For uneven tiles or ceramics, apply an additional 1 mm layer beneath each piece to compensate for surface irregularities. Maintain recommended joint gaps according to tile or ceramic size. Fill joints with Anqa-Grout CT Joint Fillers approximately 24 hours after installation.

STORAGE:
Store for up to 12 months in a dry environment with sealed packaging. Use the oldest stock first.

COVERAGE:
Approximately 2.5–4.0 kg/m² depending on the tile size and type.

PRECAUTIONS:
- Do not add cement or other materials, as this alters product performance
- Water dosage may vary with temperature, mixing method, and batch size
- Protect the product from humidity
- Avoid use in extreme weather conditions (e.g., frost or heat waves)
- Recommended application temperature: +5°C to +40°C
