DESCRIPTION:
ANQA-FIX C2TES1 is an S1-class flexible, cement-based granite adhesive mortar offering high performance, reduced slip, and extended working time.

USAGE:
• Horizontal and vertical applications, both indoors and outdoors
• Bonding of ceramic, granite, marble, porcelain, natural stone, glass mosaic, and pressed bricks to cement-based substrates subject to temperature fluctuations
• After priming temperature-sensitive substrates (e.g., gypsum board, gypsum plaster, gas concrete) with Anqa Plaster, suitable for bonding ceramic, granite, marble, natural stone, and glass mosaic
• Recommended for wet areas such as swimming pools, water tanks, bathrooms, underfloor heating systems, thermal pools, and winter-filled pools
• Wall and floor finishes in cold storage facilities
• Ideal for façade applications, renovation work, tile-on-tile installations, and granite bonding

APPLICATION METHOD:

a) Surface Preparation:
Ensure the substrate is sound, dry, load-bearing, dust-free, and clean. Remove contaminants such as oil, grease, rust, and paraffin residues that may impair adhesion. Eliminate loose particles. Repair damaged areas (5–20 mm depth) with Anqa Repair Mortars at least two days prior. If the surface temperature exceeds +25°C, lightly moisten the substrate.

On Plaster-Based Surfaces
Apply Anqa Plaster to high-absorbency materials such as gypsum board, gas concrete, lime render, and chipboard. Begin bonding 5 minutes after priming. For moisture-exposed exterior surfaces, apply Fully Flexible Waterproofing Material in two mesh-reinforced layers before using ANQA-FIX C2TES1.

b) Product Preparation
Measure the appropriate amount of clean water in a scaled mixing vessel. Slowly add ANQA-FIX C2TES1 while mixing at 400–600 rpm for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free mixture forms. Let rest for 3–5 minutes, then remix for 30 seconds before use.

c) Application
Apply a 1 mm layer of ANQA-FIX C2TES1 using the flat side of a trowel. Then comb the mortar in one direction using the toothed side, covering only an area that can be tiled within 30 minutes (open time). For uneven substrates, apply an extra 1 mm of mortar beneath each tile to compensate for variations.
When installing tiles, ensure full contact by pressing them into the mortar. Leave recommended joint gaps based on tile size. Use Anqa Grout CT Joint Fillers to fill joints approximately 24 hours post-installation.

PRECAUTIONS:
- Do not add cement or other materials
- Water quantity may vary with temperature, mixing method, and batch size
- Protect bag contents from humidity
- Not suitable for extreme weather conditions (frost or heat wave)
- Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C

SUPPLY:
20 kg bag / 60 bags per pallet

STORAGE:
Store for up to 12 months in a dry environment with sealed packaging. Use the oldest stock first.

COVERAGE:
Approximately 2.5–4.0 kg/m² depending on the tile size and type.
