DESCRIPTION:
ANQA-FIX High-quality, polymer-modified, anti-frost tile adhesive, based on high strength white Portland cement (I-52.5), white marble aggregates, and special additives designed to improve adhesion of tiles to difficult and non-absorbent surfaces. It is classified to cover C2TE applications according to ΕΝ 12004.
One-component cementitious adhesive, suitable for fixing tiles on floors or walls, onto concrete, plaster, cement screed, bricks and aerated concrete. The special recipe of ANQA-FIX ensures excellent adhesion on underfloor heating surfaces, balconies, terraces, basements etc. The application on non-absorbent substrates such as old tiles, marble, mosaics, should be done after application of ANQA-BOND SBR quartz adhesion primer.
Suitable for various tiles types, Ceramic, Porcelain, Granite tile, Marble Tile, EPS blocks and boards for outdoor and indoor use.

APPLICATION METHOD:
- Check and prepare the application surface.
- Mix with the necessary amount of water (3.6–4 liters per 20 kg bag) using an electric mixer at low speed, until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
- Leave the mixture to rest for 5-10 minutes and stir again.
- Apply with a notched trowel, selecting the size based on the type of tile and substrate.
- The tiles must be placed within 20-25 minutes after applying the adhesive and definitely before the appearance of crust on its surface.
- The adhesive remains workable in the pot for 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the season, temperature and humidity of the environment.
- When the adhesive begins to set, stir again without adding water.
- The grouting can be done after 24 hours for floors and 12 hours for walls.

SUPPLY: 20 kg bag/ 48 bags per pallet or 60 bags per pallet.

STORAGE: 12 months in dry environment, for closed bags. Use older stock first.
COVERAGE: Approximately 2.5 – 4.0 kg per m² depending on the size and type of tiles.

PRECAUTIONS:
- Additions of cement or other materials will eliminate the designed product qualities
- Water quantities may be affected by temperature, mixing method and batch size.
- The content of the bag should be protected from humidity
- Not recommended for use in extreme weather conditions (frost or heat wave). Application temperature +5°C to +40°C
