DESCRIPTION:
ANQA Hybo PU is one component, water-based, modified polyurethane/acrylic. It produces a seamless, elastic membrane coat for roofs waterproofing and protection.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Surface preparation: All the surfaces must be cleaned and made free of dust, dirt, moss, oil, grease and other loose particles. This can be achieved by grit/sand/shot blasting. At a minimum, vigorous wire brushing should be used. Repair all pinholes and surface defects using a suitable Anqa Crete concrete repair mortar.
Priming: Anqa Hybo PU does not require priming and can be applied directly onto the concrete surface. In the case of a highly porous surface, a priming coat is recommended to seal the pores and stabilize the surface. The primer coat can be prepared on-site by diluting Anqa Hybo PU 1:1 with water.. Apply the primer coat @ 5m²/L and allow to dry.
Mixing: Anqa Hybo PU is a single component product but mix the contents of the pail thoroughly prior to application to remove any sediment. A slow-speed drill and a suitable paddle mixer should be used to prevent air bubble formation.

Application: The coating can be applied with a brush, roller or airless spray and must be applied in a minimum of 2 coats. The first coat must be allowed to dry before the second coat is applied. The second coat must be applied crosswise to the first coat. The coating fully cures in 7 days.
Corner detailing: It is recommended to reinforce all corners with compatible sealing strip. The sealing strip shall be embedded into the first coat while it is still wet and covered fully with the second coat.
Tool Cleaning: All tools should be washed and cleaned immediately after use with clean water. Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.

CONSUMPTION:
Approx. 1.2 kg/m² for two coats at 500-micron thickness.

Flammability: Nonflammable materials,
Nonhazardous when dried, but materials can burn

SHELF LIFE:
12 months for unopened containers. Use older
stock first.

PACKING:
20 kg pail per pallet.
