DESCRIPTION:
An air-entraining, plasticizing, hydrophobic natural admixture for plastering mortars (compliant with EN 934-3: 2009 + A1: 2012) designed to enhance workability, simplify the application process, and enable application on humid or wet masonry substrates.
When mixed with cement and sand, it forms plaster, render, or skim coat, known as the Waterproof Drying System (WDS). This can be prepared either industrially (instant version) or manually on-site (site mix version).
A WDS product modified with WDS - ADDITIVE is 100% waterproof, offering full resistance to water penetration while remaining highly breathable. This allows for an ongoing drying process, effectively removing moisture from the underlying substrate.

USAGE:
WDS - ADDITIVE is used to modify cement and sand-based plastering mortar, transforming it into the WDS - Waterproof Drying System (WDS). It can be applied in industrial dry mix production (instant WDS products) or as an admixture at construction sites (WDS semi-products).
WDS is suitable for both renovations and new constructions, offering protection from both positive and negative sides, whether internally or externally, above-ground or underground.
This system enables the permanent drying of wet and humid walls, allowing water vapor to pass through freely while blocking liquid water, even under hydrostatic pressure of up to 1 BAR / 0.1 MPa (varies by WDS product version—refer to WDS PRODUCT TYPES for details).
As a result, molds, fungi, wet stains, and efflorescence are effectively eliminated. Additionally, WDS has a significantly longer lifespan compared to general-purpose plastering mortars, renovation plastering mortars, and diffusion-closed waterproof membranes and coatings.

STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature range of +5°C to +30°C. Keep the product protected from high temperatures and direct sunlight to maintain its quality and effectiveness.

DOSAGE AND PRODUCTION PROCEDURE
- Use in industrial dry mix production (instant WDS products) or as an admixture at construction sites (WDS semi-products).
- Do not use as admixture for structural concrete
- Do not use with sea sand
- Do not combine with redispersible polymer powders (RDP) or other chemical mortar additives (except methyl cellulose)
- The production process depends on the manufacturer's specific technology.
- The recommended WDS formulation is provided separately by the manufacturer in a document called WDS - PRODUCT TYPES.

SAFETY, HEALTH PROTECTION, HYGIENIC RULES AND FIRST AID
The product is safe when used correctly. Standard hygiene practices must be followed when working with the product. Do not drink, eat, or smoke during work. Use proper working clothes, protective gloves and, if necessary, protective glasses or face protection, If the product is accidentally ingested, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical help and show them the product label on the package. If eye contact occurs, wash immediately with plenty of clean water. In the event of an allergic reaction or other difficulties, seek immediate medical help. Follow the usual safety guidelines. Do not mix with unknown substances.
