DESCRIPTION:
ANQA-SL 75W is a one component low viscosity, solvent free, reactive impregnation for concrete and cementitious substrates based on silane with 99 % active ingredient. ANQA-SL 75W complies with the highest requirements of EN 1504-2 for hydrophobic Impregnation (penetration depth class II & resistance to freeze and thaw salt stresses). Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
MIXING:
ANQA-SL 75W is supplied ready for use and must not be diluted.

APPLICATION:
ANQA-SL 75W is applied using a low-pressure spray, brush or roller, in a single pass from bottom up taking care not to let the product run. Apply subsequent coats either “wet on wet” or when the surface is fully dry. On horizontal application, avoid pounding on the surface.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT:
- Clean all tools and application equipment with suitable Cleaner immediately after use.
- Hardened / cured material can only be mechanically removed.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Substrate Temperature: +5 °C min. / +40 °C max.
- Substrate Moisture Content: < 5 - 6 %
- Waiting Time / Overcoating: Can be overcoated with water and solvent based polymer paint - contact the proposed paint manufacturer for recommendations.
- ANQA-SL 75W can be used as a water repellent primer under many ANQA protective coatings inclusive of water based dispersion.
- Penetration of water is thus prevented at possible weak spots or in the event of damage to the top coat and the risk of consequential damages such as paint flaking can be reduced.
- Waiting time: minimum 5 hours, maximum 1 week.
- Curing Treatment: ANQA-SL 75W does not require any special curing but must be protected from rain for at least 4 hours at +20 °C.

COVERAGE & CONSUMPTION
Dependent on the absorbency of the substrate: ~150 g/m² per coat.
To ensure durability, a minimum of 2 coats must be applied.

STORAGE
12months for closed packages under suitable storage conditions. Use containers with the oldest production date first (FIFO)

PACKAGING
ANQA-SL 75W is supplied in 5, 20, and 200 liter jerrycans.
