DESCRIPTION:
ANQA-CRETE FC10 is a cement mortar composed of high-strength hydraulic binders, silica sand, selected aggregates, special additives and synthetic fibers, supplied in dry, ready-to-use powder blend which requires only addition of clean water to produce easily workable mortar with thixotropic effect. ANQA-CRETE FC10 can be applied to vertical surfaces without sliding even for thick layers.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
ANQA-CRETE FC10 is suitable for a wide range of concrete and masonry repairs. This includes repairs for edges of beams and pillars, risers of balconies, terraces, tunnels, and degraded concrete castings, reconstruction of concrete structural elements, including filling honeycombs in reinforced concrete and rigid joints. etc. ANQA-CRETE FC10 can be applied to vertical, overhead, or horizontal surfaces without formwork.
Surface Preparation:
Remove by hammering all the inconsistent and separated parts of deteriorated concrete up to the
solid and stable foundation. Clean the concrete and the iron reinforcement by sand blasting or brushing up to the complete removal of rust. If the section of reinforcing bars is reduced due to oxidation, integrate them with additional bar reinforcement.
Apply with brush POLYPROOF HF to the bar reinforcement. Saturate with water the surface to be repaired, eliminating possible absorption of water from the mix during application.

Instructions for Use:
- Pour into container or cement mixer 3.5 to 4 liters of clean water, add the 20 Kg. bag of ANQ - CRETE FC10 and mix for about 5 minutes till obtaining homogeneous product, with a lump-free consistency. Let the mix stand for 5 minutes, then re-mix before application.
- Apply the product manually with a trowel or spatula.
- Be sure to apply the mix before it starts to harden as the product remains workable for 1 hour at temperature of +23ºC.
- The coat thickness should be between 10 mm and 20 mm. If the application of the second coat is necessary it must be applied before the previous one has completely hardened.

HEALTH & SAFTEY:
Avoid contact with eyes or skin. It is recommended to use gloves and goggles during application.

SHELF LIFE:
12 months for unopened containers. Use older stock first.
